       AUTOPHONETICS PROFESSIONAL/PRACTITIONER TRAINING
10 Modules

For those who want to work on an ongoing professional basis with sound, the practitioner trainings help you to create a step by step process starting with the creation of your working space and skills, including the creation and maintenance of the client/practitioner relationship, a concise theory of emotions and their release and integration through sound and music, a set of assessment tools to determine what sound or music to use to create ongoing treatment program and a process by which the client can integrate sound and music into their lives.

1. INTRODUCTORY COURSE in SOUND THERAPY

Taught for over 20 years, this course is a non method-specific introduction to the 
Therapeutic Use of Sound and Music

Course Content:

History of the healing and therapeutic use of sound and music (Musical journey through 2000 years of music.)  
How sound heals: the mind, the body, the emotions and the subtle energy fields
Use your own voice to heal yourself
Theory of Harmonics: there are 2 kinds, each with a specific effect on the organism
A sound healing experience with Tibetan and Crystal Bowls, digeridu, Mongolian throat chanting and tuning forks
How to use music you don’t like to clear emotional blockages and old patterns

Physics of sound Effect of sound on the biological functions of the body  
Effect of sound on the physiology of the body

4. AUTOPHONETICS LEVEL 1 (Basic Workshop)  

This 1 ½ day course includes the first 4 levels of Autophonetics.  It is fun, relaxing and informative. No prior musical background is required. Professionals in the performing arts, sales people and teachers in any field find this course an invaluable aid to their profession.

Content:

Warm-up exercises

Emotional Theory

Softening the musculature for greater breath capacity      

Using the 5 sounds of INNER SOUND to balance the emotions

Learning to express your inner sound in your daily life quickly and easily

Special healing experience: Healing Chakra journey using your own sound

4 levels of Autophonetics

5. AUTOPHONETICS LEVEL 2 (Advanced Workshop)  

Learn to sing/vocalize the 21 basic INNER SOUND motifs and enhancement exercises (visualization, movement and breathing).

Course material includes graphic display and musical notation of each motif.

Practice CD of the 5 vocalic touches and the 21 CDs available.

 6. SOUND TOUCH Module B- TRAINING to use FIVE TOUCHES & MOTIFS for KEYBOARD & VOICE  

This module is a weekend training to learn to teach on an individual basis the 5 touches of touches of INNER SOUND and the motifs both for voice and keyboard/piano. This method is complementary to any musical or voice technique and can be applied in different areas:

Music education- A complement to musical study to help the student of any age or level of expertise to improve their artistry and emotional expression.  Helps overcome stage fright and develops poise and self-esteem.

Voice coaching- Public speaking and enhancement of voice projection

Healing or therapy- Provides a simple yet effective tool to help the individual focus on resolving emotional issues and for personal development and well-being
